A. Ownership: While you retain ownership of the specific outputs (images, videos, and text) generated using our methods, AI Twin Studios retains full ownership of the methodologies, workflows, and prompt engineering structures.
B. Trade Secret Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that our “Prompt Strings,” “Workflows,” and technical sequencing constitute Trade Secrets under the Montana Uniform Trade Secrets Act (MUTSA) and applicable federal law. These materials derive independent economic value from not being generally known to the public.
Unauthorized use = instant removal + potential legal action.
Protecting this content protects your results and the community’s value.
Our tools, workflows, and tech stack are part of what make AITS effective and unique.
Please do not publicly list, name, or break down our internal tools or methods.
If someone asks:
“I share tips, but I don’t disclose the tools out of respect for AITS’ workflow.”
Simple. Clean. Professional.
You may not:
Present yourself as AI Twinner or AITS
Create communities, websites, programs, or pages using our branding
Position your content as “from the AITS team”
Share your journey, not our identity.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal education or internal business operations.
✅ What You CAN Do:
Use our prompts to generate assets (images, video, copy, code) for your own projects or client projects.
Save workflows for personal reference.
❌ What You CANNOT Do (Strictly Prohibited):
Commercial Exploitation of Methodology: You may not resell, license, or distribute the raw prompt text strings, workflows, or training videos to third parties. (e.g., PromptBase)
Educational Non-Compete: You may not use our proprietary structures to create a competing course, workshop, or training program that reveals the “source code” of our methods.
Derivative Educational Works: You may not copy our curriculum outline or logic to create a derivative educational product.
You may not share your membership access or scrape and store content externally:
One User, One License: Sharing login credentials with non-paying assistants or team members is a breach of this agreement.
No Scraping: Using automated tools to download content is prohibited.
Platform Changes: AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) change parameters frequently. We do not guarantee third-party tools will remain consistent. Materials are provided “as is”.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Twin Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course and/or community access.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Twin Studios against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the content you generate using our methodologies.
You agree that the advanced prompt strings and technical workflows are Confidential Information.
Public Disclosure: You agree not to paste full raw prompt codes on public forums (Reddit, X/Twitter, etc.) without our written permission.
Sharing Results: You are encouraged to share your final outputs/images! However, you agree not to paste the raw source prompt alongside them.
Failure to adhere to these terms is a material Breach of Contract.
Immediate Ban: We reserve the right to terminate access immediately without refund for violations.
Injunctive Relief: You acknowledge that a breach of Section 3 (IP) or Section 6 (LL & PU)or Section(Confidentiality) would cause AI Twin Studios irreparable injury for which monetary damages would not be sufficient. Therefore, AI Twin Studios shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief to stop such violations, in addition to other remedies.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Flathead County, Montana.
If you share your wins online, use a clear disclaimer:
“These are my personal results using AI tools. Not financial advice. Results vary based on strategy and effort.”
No exaggerated claims. No guarantees.

Cloning anyone without permission, especially celebrities and public figures, can lead to takedowns or legal issues.
